New patient portal
myhealth Coventry and Warwickshire is a UHCW specific web-based application that can be accessed on most mobile devices and computers in a web browser; a separate app is not required.
When patients are scheduled a new outpatient appointment at UHCW, they will automatically receive a text message inviting them to join the patient portal. All they need to do is click on the secure link and follow the instructions as prompted.

From Monday 16th December, patients on the waiting list at both University Hospital and the Hospital of St Cross will start to be contacted as part of our ongoing work to reduce waiting lists for elective care.
Patients will be sent a text message with a pin number and a secure portal link. On clicking the link, they will be prompted to enter their pin number along with their date of birth to log in and complete a short survey.
Receivers of the communication will have 30 days to respond to the survey. This activity will allow us to update our waiting lists and gain vital information on whether a patient’s condition has changed and how we can help connect them quicker to the care they need.
