Face Coverings

As lockdown continues to ease we need to ensure when we are outside we can remain as safe as is possible. As you know the practice has continued to be open for patients who needed to be seen, and as these numbers increase we too need to think about measures to ensure we all continue to be safe.

Many public offices and buildings are now being asked to implement additional measures such as face coverings for staff and those attending the building. With this in mind the practice has implemented this guidance so that when attending the practice all patients must now wear face coverings – Remember you do not need medical masks! The government website has some simple advice on how to make these, https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering but if you are not able to do this, a simple covering such as a comfortable scarf is satisfactory (small children do not need to wear face coverings).

Unfortunately we are not able to provide you will face masks as these must be retained for clinical staff.

Thank you for your support helping us all be safe!
