Patient feedback and complaints

We welcome comments about our practice and the health services we provide. Anyone who is registered as a patient at our health care practice in Coventry or who has received treatment from us can make a complaint. Where criticism is made we will respond to the complainant and, where necessary, put right what was wrong.

We aim to give the best possible standard of service, both clinical and administrative, at all times. However, there may be times when you feel this has not been achieved.

We operate a NHS complaints procedure to deal with comments, suggestions and complaints about the service we provide. All staff are trained in this procedure and will be happy to give you further information.

We will try to address all your concerns promptly, provide you with an explanation and discuss any action that may be needed to prevent a future occurrence.

  • "I took my 16 month old daughter had been I to the surgery on Wednesday and I was told she had a chest infection and to watch her breathing if it was to get worse to being her straight back. On Friday morning she was getting worse I phoned the Dr’s at 2:15 and was told to take her straight down for a Dr to see her. I only waited 3 minutes in the waiting room before being called in by the Dr. Straight away I was told she was to be taken to hospital. The dr the organised an ambulance while the nurse came in and tried to calm both my daughter and myself down and give my daughter oxygen. The nurse was very helpful, reassuring and thoughtful nurse who I would recommend to anyone. The nurse made me feel a lot more at ease and did the best for my daughter. I’m very greatful."

  • "I walked past this surgery early this morning on my way to work and i could see that it was open. Not even 7am in the morning. I remember I had forgotten to put in my request for my repeat prescriptions and thought the staff could take this down for me to be ordered in the usual way. The Receptionist said they were very happy to write it down for me but because it was early and there was no one around they could easily order for me and the tablets would be with my pharmacy sometime today. I am so impressed. The receptionist was professional, helpful and very awake! Thank you I am very impressed."
